Our class offerings are diverse, fun, and engaging! We offer a balanced and dynamic fitness experience through Cardio, Strength and Functional Training, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Pilates, Yoga, and fun rotating pop-up classes.

Our Classes
Our instructors are fun, motivating, and passionate about working with every body type, age and fitness ability. We recognize fitness is not a one size fits all! We are a community of instructors and clients supporting one another to move and feel better, become stronger, and make fitness a lifestyle that is accessible to all!
CARDIO + INTERVALS
Burn calories and boost your cardiovascular endurance in our cardio and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes. These full-body, high-energy classes will get your heart rate up and leave you feeling strong!
SCULPT + DEFINE
Tone and strengthen your body in our cardio barre and Pilates inspired classes. Using body weight as resistance and props (small balls and resistance bands), these low and high impact classes will help you build endurance in the targeted micro muscle groups, leading to flexibility and muscle definition.
STRENGTH + ENDURANCE
Challenge yourself and strengthen your body. Our strength training classes are about making you stronger for everyday activities and movements. Our classes improve coordination, targeting all muscle groups. Whether you want to introduce weightlifting into your fitness routine or elevate your current practice, these classes fit all levels.
FUNCTIONAL + CONDITIONING
Enhance your ability to achieve everyday tasks. Through the use of body weight and equipment, our functional training classes aim to improve your practical functions (lifting a child, a 20-lb bag of dog food, lifting a suitcase into the overhead bin —everyday life). And let’s not forget showing off defined arms in a summer tank.
YOGA + MOVEMENT
Experience healing and empowerment in our intentionally inclusive yoga and Pilates classes. Our Pilates and yoga classes improve your strength, flexibility, and balance, emphasizing mindfulness, breath work, and grounding techniques to promote self-awareness and resilience. These classes are great mind-body recovery as a compliment to our other offerings.
